Overview

Life360 is seeking a Director of Pricing & Commercial Strategy to lead the commercial strategy for their devices business. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to define pricing strategies and drive profitable growth. This role requires significant leadership experience in commercial strategy.

Who you are

You are a seasoned leader with a strong background in commercial strategy, ideally with over 5 years of experience in pricing and strategy roles. You have a proven track record of driving profitable growth through effective pricing strategies and commercialization plans. You thrive in a collaborative environment, working closely with cross-functional teams including Product, Marketing, Finance, and Sales to achieve business objectives. Your analytical mindset allows you to leverage data to inform decision-making and optimize performance management. You are passionate about innovation and understand the importance of aligning commercial strategies with customer needs and market trends.

Desirable

Experience in the tech or mobile app industry is a plus, as is familiarity with device commercialization. You have a knack for identifying market opportunities and translating them into actionable strategies. Your leadership style fosters collaboration and encourages diverse perspectives, creating an inclusive environment where all team members can contribute their best ideas. You are adaptable and can navigate the complexities of a remote-first work culture, ensuring that your team remains engaged and productive.

What you'll do

In this role, you will own the end-to-end commercial strategy for Life360's devices business. You will partner directly with the General Manager of Devices and collaborate with leaders across various functions to define and implement pricing strategies that drive scalable growth. Your responsibilities will include developing commercialization plans that align with the company's mission and objectives, as well as performance management to ensure that targets are met. You will analyze market trends and customer feedback to refine pricing models and enhance product offerings. Additionally, you will lead initiatives to improve profitability and market share, leveraging your expertise to guide the team in executing strategic initiatives effectively.
