Five9 is seeking an Enterprise Sales Director to drive revenue and acquire new customers in North America. This role requires a self-starting closer with a strong ability to create a pipeline of business. Preferred locations include Houston, Austin, or Dallas in Texas.
You have a proven track record in enterprise sales, with a strong ability to create and close deals within a specified region or list of named accounts. Your experience includes generating business opportunities through professional networking and cold-calling, demonstrating your proactive approach to sales. You thrive in a team-first culture and understand the importance of collaboration in achieving sales goals. You are a business athlete — aggressive, nimble, and intelligent — with the ability to close a mix of complex enterprise and more transactional deals. You are comfortable maintaining account and opportunity forecasting within internal systems, such as Salesforce. You are committed to exceeding quarterly and annual sales quotas, showcasing your drive for success.
Experience in the cloud contact center software industry is a plus, as is familiarity with driving brand awareness and lead generation through networking and associations. You understand the nuances of the sales cycle from lead generation to closure and are adept at developing business plans that align with company goals. Your ability to present these plans during quarterly review sessions will be key to your success in this role.
