You may not have extensive experience, but your enthusiasm and service mindset make you a great fit for this junior role. You are comfortable handling day-to-day logistics, tracking, and communications, and you enjoy being involved in in-person moments like team meetups and celebrations. You are adaptable and willing to learn, which will help you grow in this position.

Desirable

While specific experience in people operations is a plus, your willingness to learn and your passion for employee engagement are what truly matter. What you'll do

In this role, you will support the execution and coordination of various employee experience programs. You will be responsible for managing logistics for events and ensuring that all communications are clear and timely. Your role will involve tracking program progress and helping to keep everyone informed about upcoming initiatives. You will also represent the PX team during in-person events, helping to create a welcoming and engaging atmosphere for employees.

You will collaborate closely with other team members to ensure that programs align with the company’s culture and values. Your contributions will help bring the company culture to life across India, making a positive impact on employee engagement and satisfaction.
