Figure is seeking a DeFi Financial Operations Associate to support the daily movement, tracking, and reconciliation of digital assets. You are someone early in your career with foundational experience in cryptocurrency transactions — you have a keen interest in digital asset operations and are eager to deepen your understanding of blockchain technology. You possess strong analytical skills and are detail-oriented, ensuring accuracy in tracking and reconciling digital assets across various platforms. You are comfortable working with different blockchain technologies and have a basic understanding of how digital wallets function. You thrive in a collaborative environment and are excited to contribute to a team that is transforming capital markets through innovative technology.
In this role, you will manage the daily movement and tracking of digital assets across wallets and various blockchains — you will be responsible for ensuring that all transactions are accurately recorded and reconciled. You will work closely with the operations team to implement controls and reporting processes that enhance the efficiency of digital asset management. You will also assist in monitoring the performance of digital assets and provide insights to improve operational workflows. As you grow in your role, you will have the opportunity to engage with various stakeholders to understand their needs and contribute to the development of new operational strategies.
