You have a proven track record in performance marketing, with at least 5 years of experience driving successful campaigns that enhance brand visibility and user engagement. Your analytical mindset allows you to leverage data to inform decisions and optimize marketing strategies effectively. You are skilled in using tools like Google Ads and Google Analytics to measure performance and derive actionable insights. Collaboration is key for you; you thrive in cross-functional teams and enjoy working closely with product and design teams to align marketing efforts with business goals. You are adaptable and eager to learn, always looking for innovative ways to improve campaign performance and reach new audiences. You understand the importance of balancing creativity with data-driven decision-making, ensuring that your marketing initiatives resonate with target customers while achieving measurable results.

What you'll do

In this role, you will lead the performance marketing strategy for Airwallex, focusing on brandformance initiatives that drive user acquisition and retention.
