Who you are

You have a proven track record in corporate and enterprise sales, demonstrating your ability to manage and expand a portfolio of customers effectively. You are driven and adaptable, willing to take risks to achieve success. Your experience has equipped you with the skills to identify and overcome technical, educational, and competitive obstacles in the sales process. You understand the importance of building strong relationships with customers and leveraging their feedback to inform product development. You thrive in a collaborative environment and are eager to contribute to a team focused on maximizing customer value.

Desirable

Experience in a bottom-up enterprise sales model is a plus, as is familiarity with user-driven marketing strategies. You are comfortable working in a hybrid model and can adapt to the needs of your team and customers. A background in technology sales, particularly in work management solutions, will help you succeed in this role.

What you'll do

In this role, you will proactively manage and expand your customer portfolio, serving as the main point of contact for your clients. You will hunt for new business opportunities and manage existing accounts to ensure customer satisfaction and retention. Your responsibilities will include developing and leveraging customer champions to expand usage within new teams, ensuring that customers understand and can effectively utilize Asana's capabilities. You will collaborate closely with the product team to relay customer feedback and insights, helping to shape the future of Asana's offerings. You will also be instrumental in driving the revenue engine of Asana through innovative strategies and consistent engagement with your clients.
