You have 2+ years of experience in program management, ideally within a consulting environment, and possess a strong ability to lead complex global programs from initial scoping to execution. You thrive on owning expansive topics and enjoy rallying cross-functional support to achieve objectives. Your strong data analysis skills allow you to confidently navigate large datasets and use data to tell compelling stories. You are comfortable presenting to senior stakeholders in a clear and succinct manner, advocating for users and ensuring their needs are met. You are eager to learn and open to receiving feedback, continuously seeking to improve your skills and knowledge.

Desirable

An MBA is preferred, and prior experience partnering with Product and Engineering teams will set you apart. You have a keen interest in compliance and risk management, even if you do not have direct experience in these areas. Your ability to work on high-impact projects on a global scale is a significant asset, and you are motivated by the opportunity to contribute to the global economy through your work.

What you'll do

In this role, you will lead complex global programs within the Risk Operations Enablement team, focusing on enhancing operational efficiency and compliance standards. You will collaborate with various stakeholders, including Operations, Product, Engineering, and Go-To-Market teams, to ensure seamless execution of programs. Your responsibilities will include scoping projects, managing timelines, and ensuring that all teams are aligned and informed throughout the process. You will analyze data to identify trends and insights that will inform decision-making and program direction. Your role will also involve advocating for users, ensuring their needs are prioritized in program development.

You will be responsible for presenting updates and findings to senior stakeholders, articulating the impact of your programs and the value they bring to the organization. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to gather insights and feedback, continuously iterating on program strategies to improve outcomes. Your ability to manage multiple workstreams in parallel will be crucial to your success in this role, as you navigate the complexities of program management in a fast-paced environment.
