What you'll do

As a Lending Program Manager at Block, you will support day-to-day relationships with key bank partners, ensuring that Cash App's lending products meet operational standards and partner requirements. You will lead projects aimed at improving efficiency and lowering costs while enhancing the customer experience. Your role will involve tracking progress on key deliverables and maintaining clear communication with internal teams and partners. You will collaborate closely with the Lending Relationships Lead to execute initiatives that align with the strategic goals of the FinOps Lending Team. You will also be responsible for resolving operational issues and ensuring that programs are built and run in accordance with bank partner requirements and risk tolerances.
