What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for developing AI services that process and reason over high-volume real-world data at scale — your work will involve designing and implementing algorithms that enhance data retrieval and processing capabilities. You will collaborate with other engineers to build an agentic orchestration platform that enables seamless interaction among various AI tools and agents.

You will also focus on creating an evaluation and observability framework for AI model performance — this includes developing metrics and tools that ensure the reliability and effectiveness of AI solutions. Your contributions will directly impact how businesses utilize AI to streamline their operations and drive efficiency.

You will work closely with product managers and other stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications — your ability to communicate effectively will be key in ensuring alignment across teams. You will participate in code reviews and contribute to the overall improvement of the development process, fostering a culture of quality and excellence.
