What you'll do

In this role, you will be the main point of contact for Account Managers during the post-onboarding phase, ensuring that customer satisfaction is maintained throughout the process. You will coordinate onboarding responsibilities for enterprise and fund customers, managing the setup of investment entities and ensuring that all necessary steps are completed on time. You will also be involved in executing complex post-close operations processes, including capital calls, distributions, and recurring investor reporting. Your responsibilities will include supporting the onboarding process for new fund migrations and setups, as well as providing initial improvement suggestions to enhance operational workflows.
