Flex is seeking a Senior Manager for their Strategy & Operations team to enhance customer experience across the Consumer Protection Team. This role requires strong analytical skills and collaboration with various departments to optimize product and service quality.
You have a strong background in strategy and operations, with at least 5 years of experience in a similar role. Your analytical toolkit is robust, allowing you to identify and quantify customer experience insights effectively. You possess excellent collaboration skills, enabling you to work closely with cross-functional teams, including Analytics, Data Science, Product, and Customer Success. You are driven by a passion for customer impact and have the tenacity to solve problems and prioritize tasks through uncertainty. Your strategic mindset allows you to develop solutions that enhance the customer journey and improve service quality.
Experience in the FinTech industry is a plus, as is familiarity with customer experience optimization methodologies. You are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and can adapt to changing priorities. A background in data analysis or customer insights would be beneficial, as would any experience with product management or customer success initiatives.
In this role, you will partner directly with the Director of the Consumer Protection Team to ensure an excellent customer experience across all touchpoints. You will analyze customer feedback and data to identify pain points and collaborate with various departments to develop actionable solutions. Your role will involve building systems to optimize product and service quality, ensuring that Flex meets its mission of empowering renters with flexibility over their expenses. You will lead initiatives that drive customer satisfaction and retention, working closely with teams to implement changes based on your insights. Additionally, you will be responsible for reporting on customer experience metrics and presenting findings to stakeholders to inform strategic decisions.
