You have a proven track record in sales, particularly in the technology sector, with a focus on the public sector. Your ability to build relationships and understand customer needs is exceptional, allowing you to effectively communicate the value of Cloudflare's solutions. You thrive in a collaborative environment, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure customer success. Experience in selling technical solutions to government agencies or public sector organizations is a plus. Familiarity with Cloudflare's products and services will help you hit the ground running. A background in account management or business development will also be beneficial as you navigate complex sales cycles.
As a Senior Named Account Executive, you will be responsible for driving sales growth within the public sector. You will identify and engage potential customers, understanding their unique challenges and how Cloudflare can address them. You will work closely with the sales team to develop strategies that align with customer needs and market trends. Your role will involve presenting Cloudflare's solutions to stakeholders, demonstrating how they can enhance security and performance for their Internet applications.
You will collaborate with Solution Engineers and Customer Success teams to ensure a seamless onboarding experience for new clients. By leveraging your technical knowledge, you will help customers understand the benefits of Cloudflare's services and how they can be integrated into their existing systems. You will also be responsible for maintaining relationships with existing clients, ensuring their ongoing satisfaction and identifying opportunities for upselling additional services.
Your success will be measured by your ability to meet and exceed sales targets, contributing to Cloudflare's overall growth in the public sector. You will participate in regular sales meetings, sharing insights and strategies with your team to foster a culture of continuous improvement.
