Join Amazon's BR Marketplace team and drive strategic financial controls and investment optimization for one of the fastest-growing marketplaces in Latin America! We're seeking a skilled Program Manager to lead financial governance and ROI optimization initiatives across our marketplace operations. This role offers a unique opportunity to directly impact the efficiency and growth of Amazon's marketplace while working with cross-functional teams across Finance, Operations, and Business Development teams
Key job responsibilities
- Design and implement financial control mechanisms to track and optimize OPEX activities across the 3P marketplace
- Lead monthly/quarterly investment reviews, analyzing actuals vs. forecast and providing actionable insights
- Develop and maintain ROI tracking frameworks for marketing, integrator partnerships, and seller incentive programs
- Partner with Finance and Business teams to ensure accurate headcount reconciliation across HR, Finance, and Business tools
- Create and maintain dashboards for tracking key financial metrics and investment performance
- Drive process improvements to enhance capital allocation efficiency
- Provide regular reporting and recommendations to senior leadership on investment optimization
- Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and implement cost-saving initiatives
About the team
You'll be joining the Project Management Office (PMO) of BR Marketplace, a dynamic team responsible for driving selection and marketplace growth initiatives. Our team combines strategic thinking with tactical execution to ensure successful delivery of key projects. We work in a collaborative environment where data-driven decision-making and innovation are encouraged.- 4+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience
- Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
- Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables)
- Experience using Microsoft Excel to manipulate and analyze data
- Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional programs or marketing campaigns from concept to completion- Experience using customer research, hard data and metrics to back up assumptions, generate forecasts, and assess the efficacy of marketing programs
- Experience utilizing systems and tools involving email, web, analytics, and CRM (Marketo, Tableau, Salesforce, etc.) for targeting, segmentation, reporting for demand generation
