ABOUT THIS ROLE
Based in Berlin, Audible GmbH is looking for an enthusiastic Working Student – Publisher Relations. In this role, you will be a member of the Spanish Content - Publisher Relations Team, focusing on establishing relations with potential content partners to help us expand our content network. You will support the catalogue growth, and work closely with the Marketing Team to promote it. You will gain valuable insights into content and work independently on your own projects.

ABOUT YOU
You have an interest in book and audiobook content or licensing and rights acquisition for a large audiobook program, and you are able to work in a reliable, engaging and structured manner.

As a Working Student - Publisher Relations, you will...
- Process contracts: Preparation and sending of contracts via internal tool
- Update and maintain our title database and content tools
- Prepare and assist for internal program meetings (data preparation, Power Point creation for presentations)
- Support in obtaining data (scripts, covers) for our in-house productions
- Be the Interface to the production planning department
- Coordinate workflows, meetings and manage general administrative tasks

OUR OFFER
- Student position for 20h per week
- Compensation of €15.30 per hour
- Flexible working hours, fully onsite

- Contribution on the long-run (ideally 1 to 2 years) as a fully-fledged team member
- Exciting opportunity to participate in the growth of a global digital audiobook provider
- International work environment- Enrolled in either your first state-accredited (Staatlich Anerkannt) Bachelor or Master in the Berlin/Brandenburg area and have at least 1 year of studies left - Expected graduation after August 2026
- Experienced in working with the main Office software programs such as Excel, Word, Outlook
- Advanced business fluency in English and Spanish, written and spoken- Enrolled in media/communications studies, linguistic, social sciences, economics, business administration or similar disciplines
- Interest in the book and media industry (books, audio books, audio dramas, podcasts)
- Good written communication skills; your internal and external communication style is always friendly, reliable and obliging
- Commitment, independence, reliability and creative thinking
- Attention to details.
- Flexibility and resilience
- Team player with a hands-on mentality
