SoFi is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead Marketing and Ads Technology initiatives. You'll be responsible for setting the vision and delivering features that drive member acquisition and engagement. This role requires strong strategic and collaborative skills.
You are an experienced product leader with a strong background in marketing and ads technology. You have a proven track record of driving member acquisition, engagement, and retention through innovative product strategies. Your collaborative nature allows you to work effectively with cross-functional teams, ensuring that all stakeholders are aligned and informed. You are a vocal advocate for the customer, always considering their needs and experiences in your decision-making process. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are comfortable setting ambitious goals while holding yourself and your team accountable for results.
You possess strong analytical skills, enabling you to identify opportunities and key inputs that will drive product success. Your experience in defining user experiences and delivering impactful features is complemented by your ability to influence and build relationships with stakeholders across the organization. Experience in the financial services industry is a plus, as is familiarity with data-driven decision-making processes.
