In this role, you will own Hightouch's operating model and lead the monthly and quarterly business review processes. You will collaborate closely with the go-to-market (GTM) team to ensure that financial strategies align with business objectives and drive growth. Your responsibilities will include analyzing financial performance, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing strategies that enhance operational efficiency. You will also be responsible for reporting directly to the CFO, providing insights that influence the company's strategic direction.
You will engage with various teams to foster a culture of accountability and transparency, ensuring that financial goals are met and exceeded. Your role will involve not just oversight but active participation in shaping the financial landscape of the company. You will be expected to leverage data and analytics to inform decision-making and drive impactful changes across the organization.
Hightouch offers a competitive salary range of $200,000 to $240,000 per year, reflecting the importance of this role within our organization.
