What you'll do

In this role, you will be instrumental in developing and optimizing the processes, systems, and tools for the Lease Sustainability program. You will engage with internal teams throughout the Microsoft Cloud Operations and Innovation (CO+I) organization, focusing on controls and compliance related to business processes. Your responsibilities will include designing and executing programs that align with Microsoft’s sustainability goals, ensuring that the Leased Data Center portfolio operates efficiently and sustainably. You will collaborate with various stakeholders to identify opportunities for improvement and implement best practices in sustainability. Your role will also involve monitoring progress and reporting on the effectiveness of sustainability initiatives, making adjustments as necessary to meet organizational objectives.
