You have a valid driver's license and are at least 18 years old, with a willingness to perform various tasks related to property management. You are proactive in identifying areas for improvement and assisting in process enhancements to drive efficiency and quality outcomes. You are comfortable handling light maintenance tasks and have strong communication skills to address guest and homeowner concerns effectively.

What you'll do

As a Property Caretaker, you will assist in the daily operations of a portfolio of vacation rental homes. Your responsibilities will include performing light home maintenance tasks such as changing light bulbs, fixing door hinges, and unclogging toilets. You will conduct regular inspections of the properties to ensure they meet the company's high standards. Additionally, you will support the team by responding to escalated guest and homeowner concerns through emails, calls, and tickets. Your role will involve collaborating cross-functionally with other team members to enhance the overall guest experience and maintain property quality.
