AppDirect is seeking a Senior Product Manager for Managed Services to drive the strategy and implementation of key elements of their commercial platform. This role requires experience in product management and collaboration with technical teams.
You have extensive experience in product management, ideally with a focus on managed services. Your background includes defining and communicating product vision and strategy, ensuring alignment with business objectives and market needs. You excel in overseeing the entire product lifecycle, from conception to launch, and have a strong understanding of networking services. You are comfortable collaborating with cross-functional teams, including engineering, to optimize platform capabilities and deliver reliable services to clients worldwide. Your communication skills are top-notch, allowing you to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels.
Experience in the technology sector, particularly in subscription-based services, is a plus. Familiarity with agile methodologies and product development frameworks will help you thrive in this role. You are proactive in identifying market trends and customer needs, using data to inform your decisions and drive product improvements.
