Who you are

You are an aspiring sales professional looking to transition into an Outside Sales role. You possess a strong desire to help small businesses thrive through effective digital marketing solutions. You are motivated by the potential for unlimited earnings and are eager to learn through best-in-class training provided by Hibu. You have excellent communication skills and enjoy building relationships with clients across various industries. You are comfortable with cold calling and prospecting to set appointments and conduct needs assessments. You are driven to grow your own book of business and earn residual commissions through strong account management.

What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for selling digital marketing solutions, including websites, search ads, display ads, reviews and reputation management, social ads, and SEO. You will engage in cold calling business owners within your designated territory to set appointments and conduct thorough needs assessments. You will perform both virtual and in-person presentations to prospects, showcasing how Hibu's solutions can help them succeed. Building strong client relationships will be key to your success, as you will work with a diverse range of industries, making each day unique. You will also have the opportunity to earn uncapped commissions and monthly bonuses, with on-target earnings projected to increase in your second year.
