What you'll do

In this role, you will lead the design strategy for OKX's Offshore trading products, ensuring that the user experience is seamless and intuitive. You will collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to define the vision and direction for product design. Your responsibilities will include conducting user research to understand user needs and pain points, creating wireframes and prototypes, and overseeing the design process from concept to execution. You will also be responsible for mentoring and guiding your design team, helping them to develop their skills and grow in their careers. You will stay informed about industry trends and best practices, integrating new ideas into your design approach to keep OKX at the forefront of the market.
