What you'll do

As a Senior HR Business Partner at Angi, you will play a critical role in shaping the people strategy of the organization. You will partner with leaders to understand their needs and provide tailored HR solutions that drive engagement and performance. You will be involved in talent management processes, including succession planning and leadership development, ensuring that the organization has the right talent in place to meet its goals. You will also support the implementation of HR initiatives that foster a positive workplace culture and enhance employee experience.

You will analyze HR metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement, using data to inform your recommendations and strategies. Collaborating with the People Ops team, you will contribute to the development of programs that support employee growth and retention. You will also act as a trusted advisor to leaders, providing guidance on employee relations issues and helping to resolve conflicts in a constructive manner.
