Job Description

Who you are

You have at least 8 years of combined experience in employment law, having worked both in a law firm and in-house at a multinational company. What you'll do

In this role, you will be instrumental in providing strategic legal guidance on a wide array of employment matters in Europe, the Middle East, and Africa. You will advise on compliance with employment laws and regulations, ensuring that the organization meets its legal obligations while fostering a positive workplace culture. You will collaborate on global initiatives, working closely with cross-functional teams to address complex employment law issues that arise in a tech-driven environment. Your responsibilities will include drafting and reviewing employment contracts, workplace policies, and compliance documents.
