Your expertise in leading large-scale projects showcases your capability to drive results effectively. You possess excellent collaboration and communication skills, allowing you to work seamlessly with various departments. Proficiency in SQL is essential, enabling you to analyze data and inform strategic decisions. Experience in a platform company with B2B2C operations is a plus, and you can communicate effectively in English or Japanese.

What you'll do

In this role, you will establish growth and operational strategies for Coupang Eats merchants, focusing on key performance indicators to monitor and enhance merchant success. You will improve operational processes to provide the best customer experience for both order customers and merchants. Your responsibilities will include analyzing data to inform strategy, collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement initiatives, and continuously monitoring performance metrics to ensure alignment with business goals. You will lead projects that drive innovation and efficiency within the merchant ecosystem, contributing to Coupang's mission of customer satisfaction.
