FedRAMP Program Manager

What you'll do

In this role, you will lead the FedRAMP High authorization initiative for Smarsh, overseeing all aspects of the program from readiness assessment to authorization and continuous monitoring. You will coordinate with internal product and engineering teams to ensure that all necessary documentation and processes are in place for a successful authorization. Your responsibilities will include developing project plans, timelines, and milestones, as well as managing resources and budgets effectively.

You will work closely with 3PAOs to facilitate assessments and ensure that all compliance requirements are met. This will involve preparing teams for audits, conducting gap analyses, and implementing necessary changes to meet FedRAMP standards. You will also be responsible for maintaining ongoing communication with federal agency sponsors, providing updates on progress and addressing any concerns that may arise.

Your role will require you to stay current with changes in FedRAMP requirements and best practices, ensuring that Smarsh remains compliant and competitive in the public sector market. You will also have the opportunity to mentor and guide junior team members, sharing your expertise and fostering their professional development.
