You have a strong background in accounts payable processes, with experience in managing check and refund requests efficiently. Your attention to detail ensures that all invoices are posted accurately, contributing to reliable management reports. You are skilled in resolving payable-related issues, assisting vendors and co-workers with any discrepancies that arise. Your ability to audit invoices for appropriate coding and departmental allotment is essential in maintaining financial accuracy. You are comfortable with reconciliation tasks, ensuring vendor statements are accurate and outstanding balances are resolved promptly. You have experience assisting in month-end and year-end closing processes, reconciling accounts payable records to support financial reporting. You thrive in a collaborative environment, working closely with various stakeholders to ensure smooth operations in accounts payable.
