Human Interest is seeking a Product Counsel to provide legal guidance on innovative retirement products. You'll collaborate with Product & Engineering and Revenue teams to navigate legal challenges in the fintech space. This role requires experience at the intersection of law and technology.
You are a motivated and experienced legal professional with a strong background in product counseling, particularly in the fintech sector. You thrive at the intersection of law and technology, understanding the unique challenges that arise in innovative product development. You have a proven track record of providing strategic legal advice throughout the product lifecycle, from development to launch. Your ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including Product & Engineering and Revenue, sets you apart. You are proactive in identifying potential legal issues and providing creative solutions that align with business objectives. You are passionate about ensuring that products not only meet legal standards but also drive the mission of making retirement benefits accessible to all.
In this role, you will act as a strategic partner to various business teams, providing legal and strategic advice on new or enhanced products and features. You will guide product development cycles, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations while fostering innovation. You will be involved in drafting and reviewing legal documents, contracts, and policies related to product offerings. Your expertise will help navigate complex legal landscapes, particularly in areas related to financial services and technology.
