What you'll do

In this role, you will oversee the maintenance operations at an Amazon warehouse, ensuring that all equipment is functioning optimally. You will lead a team of technicians, providing guidance and support to help them grow in their careers. You will be responsible for planning preventive maintenance operations and ensuring compliance with EU network standards. You will collaborate with your team to collect and analyze data, using insights to enhance operational processes. You will also support site-level and network projects, driving initiatives that improve productivity and efficiency. Your presence on-site will allow you to stay connected with your team and have a clear understanding of daily operations.
