Overview

Vanta is seeking a Senior People Enablement Program Manager to design and scale leadership development programs. You'll focus on equipping leaders with the tools and skills to foster high-performing teams. This role is fully remote within the United States.

Job Description

Who you are

You have a strong background in people operations and program management, with at least 5 years of experience in designing and implementing leadership development initiatives. Your expertise lies in creating engaging learning experiences that empower leaders to cultivate high-performing teams. You understand the importance of aligning leadership capabilities with organizational values and competencies, and you are passionate about driving growth across the team member lifecycle.

You possess excellent facilitation skills, enabling you to lead workshops and training sessions that resonate with diverse audiences. Your ability to create practical tools and resources helps leaders navigate their development journeys effectively. You are a collaborative team player who thrives in a supportive environment, and you are committed to fostering a culture of excellence within the organization.

Desirable

Experience in AI enablement or familiarity with security compliance standards such as SOC 2, HIPAA, and ISO 27001 would be advantageous. You are adaptable and open to learning, willing to explore new methodologies and technologies that enhance leadership development.

What you'll do

As the Senior People Enablement Program Manager at Vanta, you will design, launch, and facilitate manager development programs that align with the company's mission and values. You will continuously evolve these programs based on feedback and organizational needs, ensuring they remain relevant and impactful. Your role will involve collaborating with various stakeholders to identify leadership development needs and create tailored learning journeys that support leaders at all levels.

You will also be responsible for developing core curriculum and cohort-based experiences that foster peer learning and collaboration among leaders. By leveraging your expertise, you will help create a supportive environment where leaders can thrive and drive strong business results. Your work will span onboarding, leadership development, and company-wide learning tools, contributing to the overall success of Vanta's mission to help businesses earn and prove trust.
