Trustpilot is seeking a Customer Success Manager to enhance customer satisfaction and retention for mid-market clients. You'll build long-term relationships and ensure clients derive maximum value from Trustpilot's products.

Who you are

You have a strong background in customer success or account management, ideally with experience in a SaaS environment. You understand the importance of customer satisfaction and are skilled at building long-term relationships with clients. You are adept at identifying customer needs and aligning them with business objectives, ensuring that clients achieve their key performance indicators. You possess excellent communication skills, allowing you to convey best practices and drive return on investment for your clients. You are proactive in your approach, always looking for ways to enhance the customer experience and ensure contract renewals. You thrive in a collaborative environment and enjoy working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional service.

What you'll do

In this role, you will establish and maintain relationships with all customers, ensuring their overall satisfaction with Trustpilot products. You will work closely with clients to understand their business objectives and key performance indicators, ensuring that Trustpilot delivers against them. You will provide a premium experience for clients by consistently communicating best practice examples that drive ROI. Your role will involve developing success plans for customers, acting as a trusted advisor to help them maximize the value derived from Trustpilot's offerings. You will also be responsible for monitoring customer engagement and satisfaction levels, proactively addressing any issues that may arise. Your efforts will directly contribute to customer retention and the overall success of Trustpilot's account management function.
