Amazon's Finance Technology organization (FinTech) builds and maintains the finance technology applications that enable new business growth, compliance with financial and tax reporting obligations, and analysis of our financial data. Through our products, we aim to maximize time spent by Finance teams on high value analysis, reduce the growth of operating expenses, and improve the vendor experience.
About the team
Join the Finance Data Highway team in FinTech org and be part of enabling other Amazonians to create and process financial data at lowest latency records! The Finance Data Highway team supports more than 1500 datasets which help generate more than 5500 reports totaling 9 petabytes of data with record counts ranging from hundreds to billions!- 3+ years of non-internship professional software development experience
- 2+ years of non-internship design or architecture (design patterns, reliability and scaling) of new and existing systems experience
- Experience programming with at least one software programming language- 3+ years of full software development life cycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations experience
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $129,300/year in our lowest geographic market up to $223,600/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
