Tide is seeking a Senior Product Manager for their Partner Credit Services team to build a world-class credit marketplace experience for SMEs. This role requires expertise in product management and a passion for helping small businesses thrive.
You have 5+ years of experience in product management, ideally within the financial services or fintech sector. You understand the unique challenges faced by small and medium enterprises and are driven to create solutions that empower them. Your analytical mindset allows you to make data-driven decisions, and you thrive in collaborative environments where you can work closely with engineering and design teams. You possess strong communication skills, enabling you to articulate product vision and strategy to stakeholders effectively. You are excited about the opportunity to contribute to a rapidly growing scale-up and are eager to take on the challenges that come with building innovative financial products.
In this role, you will own the product roadmap for Partner Credit Services, ensuring that the team delivers high-quality features that meet the needs of our SME members. You will conduct user research to gather insights and validate product ideas, working closely with cross-functional teams to prioritize features and enhancements. You will define success metrics for your products and analyze performance data to inform future iterations. Collaborating with engineering and design, you will oversee the development process, ensuring that products are delivered on time and meet quality standards.
