Google is seeking a Manager for Customer Success Acceleration in gTech Ads to develop client relationships and drive marketing solutions. You'll leverage your expertise in Google Ads and analytics to maximize advertiser ROI. This role requires 11 years of experience in digital marketing and team leadership.
You have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience, along with 11 years of experience developing relationships with customers in the digital media or digital marketing/advertising solutions space. Your background includes at least 4 years of experience leading, mentoring, and developing teams, showcasing your ability to communicate fluently in both English and Korean to support client relationship management in this region. You possess a Master's degree in Marketing, Technology, or equivalent practical experience, which enhances your understanding of media industry issues and Google's forward-looking strategies within the marketplace. Your familiarity with offline media, brand lift, marketing measurement, and attribution techniques, as well as Google advertising products, sets you apart as a creative and performance-minded thinker. You demonstrate excellent business judgment, strategic problem-solving, and written/verbal communication skills, using data to drive strategy and business action while making presentations to C-level/executive audiences.
You have experience collaborating with multiple stakeholders across organizational boundaries to influence teams with similar objectives, aligning resources and direction effectively. Your understanding of the media industry and its challenges allows you to advance Google's strategies in a competitive marketplace.
In this role, you will deliver account-level excellence and maximize advertiser Return on Investment (ROI) across lead generation, e-commerce, and multi-channel segments, focusing on long-term customer lifetime value. You will achieve quarterly performance goals and market-level growth objectives by mobilizing teams to problem-solve complex business issues and execute high-impact marketing solutions. Your responsibilities will include developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met while aligning with Google's strategic goals. You will lead initiatives that drive customer success, leveraging your expertise in Google Ads and analytics to provide insights that enhance campaign performance. You will also mentor and develop your team, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
