We are hiring a seasoned business developer that will be reaching out to multifamily owners and operators about Amazon Key's access control system. BD professionals will be activating their current network within commercial real estate, and cultivating rapport with prospects to create their customer base. - 3+ years of business development, partnership management, or sourcing new business experience
- 3+ years of developing, negotiating and executing business agreements experience
- Bachelor's degree
- Experience with sales CRM tools such as Salesforce or similar software
- Experience in setting up and managing a sales pipeline- Experience interpreting data and making business recommendations
- Experience in online advertising or high-tech products/services

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $74,400/year in our lowest geographic market up to $159,200/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
