As an Outside Sales Representative at Hibu, you will be responsible for driving user acquisition and activation through effective sales strategies. You will engage with potential clients, presenting Hibu's best-in-class digital marketing offerings in partnership with major platforms like Google and Facebook. Your role will involve building relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions that meet their marketing goals. You will also participate in extensive training programs, including three weeks of classroom training followed by nine weeks of field training, to ensure you are well-equipped to excel in your role.
Hibu offers a competitive compensation package with on-target earnings between $85,000 and $95,000 in your first year, with the potential to earn even more through uncapped commissions and monthly bonuses.
