We are seeking a sharp, business-savvy Strategy & Value Engineering Consultant to join Lyric’s fast-growing PoC Factory team. In this role, you will lead the framing, value articulation, and business case development for Proof-of-Concept (PoC) engagements focused on Supply Chain Planning and Optimization. You’ll collaborate closely with prospects, internal solution architects, planners, and sales teams to shape PoCs that speak directly to customer pain points, demonstrate Lyric’s differentiation, and help convert interest into conviction. Your expertise will be critical in aligning Lyric’s AI-first platform to real-world KPIs and executive priorities—positioning the pilot not just as a product demo, but as the first step in transformation

Expectations / Responsibilities

• Lead business discovery and value framing for high-priority PoCs in Supply Chain Planning and Optimization

• Define and communicate the strategic narrative, pain point mapping, and target KPIs for each PoC

• Collaborate with technical teams to align model output and visualizations with executive decision-making needs

• Build and maintain a library of value cases, transformation frameworks, and industry benchmarks

• Support scalable delivery of business value demonstrations across industries and deal sizes

• Translates solution features into business impact narratives that resonate with prospect leadership

• Positions pilots as executive-relevant milestones in broader transformation journeys

Requirements / Compentencies

• 7+ years in strategy consulting, supply chain transformation, or pre-sales value engineering roles

• Exposure to tools like Blue Yonder, o9, Kinaxis, Anaplan, or Logility etc

• Experience crafting business cases, transformation roadmaps, or planning maturity assessments

• Strong communicator with ability to engage both technical and business leaders
