You have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience, along with 12 years of experience in advertising sales, digital marketing, consulting, or media. Your background includes experience in people management, allowing you to effectively lead teams towards achieving shared goals. You possess the ability to influence executive-level clients and stakeholders, driving results in complex and rapidly changing environments. Your leadership experience encompasses sales and rigorous operations management, strategic planning, and systems thinking, enabling you to align strategies and deliver customer business outcomes.
You have excellent knowledge of Google Ad Solutions and video advertising, including AI-powered Performance and CTV. Your understanding of the competitive landscape across traditional and digital brand media advertising is robust, allowing you to navigate the industry effectively. You bring a passion for sales and a commitment to maximizing customer success, acting like an owner and moving with velocity through change. You find innovative and strategic ways to consistently deliver extraordinary outcomes for both Google and your customers.
In this role, you will build trusted relationships with customers, uncovering their business needs and translating them into powerful solutions that help them achieve their most ambitious goals. You will plan for and achieve ambitious growth goals through the presentation of Google advertising products and solutions, ensuring clients meet their marketing objectives.
