Asana is seeking an Inbound Sales Development Representative to join their EMEA Sales team. You'll engage with existing and new contacts to generate qualified sales opportunities. This role requires strong communication skills and a willingness to learn.
You are an intellectually curious individual who is eager to learn and grow in the field of sales. As an Inbound Sales Development Representative, you thrive in engaging with both existing Asana users and new contacts, utilizing outreach emails, phone calls, and social media to connect effectively. You are hard-working and committed to maintaining active engagement with prospects through creative follow-up communication. You understand the importance of efficiently managing a high volume of inbound and outbound communications, ensuring that every interaction is meaningful and productive.
Experience in a sales or customer-facing role is a plus, but not required. A background in technology or familiarity with SaaS products can help you better understand the value of Asana's offerings. You are comfortable working in a hybrid model, balancing in-office days with remote work, and you appreciate the flexibility that comes with it.
In this role, you will be responsible for educating new and existing free Asana users about the value of our Premium, Business, and Enterprise products. You will conduct qualification meetings with new customers, ensuring a seamless hand-off of appointments to the respective sales team. Your ability to connect with targeted contacts using the best possible messaging will be crucial in generating qualified sales opportunities for our Corporate and Enterprise sales teams across EMEA. You will work closely with a product-centric team, learning the fundamentals of sales while contributing to a newer and more profitable technology sales engine.
