What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for defining and executing the product strategy for user growth at OKX. You will lead the development and delivery of products that enhance the onboarding experience for traders, focusing on both spot and derivatives trading. Your responsibilities will include conducting user research to identify pain points and opportunities for improvement, as well as collaborating with engineering and design teams to implement solutions.

You will manage the daily execution of token listings and delistings, ensuring that our product offerings remain competitive and aligned with market demands. Your role will involve analyzing user data to inform product decisions and drive growth initiatives that enhance user engagement and satisfaction.

You will work closely with marketing teams to align product launches with promotional strategies, ensuring that users are aware of new features and offerings. Your ability to synthesize feedback from users and stakeholders will be crucial in iterating on product features and improving overall user experience.
