SpaceX is hiring a Starlink Enterprise Account Manager focused on Cellular Backhaul to manage enterprise customer relationships and ensure successful activation of services. This role requires strong customer service skills and experience in account management.
You have a proven track record in account management, ideally with experience in the telecommunications or technology sectors. You thrive on building strong relationships with enterprise customers and have a knack for understanding their needs and expectations. Your passion for customer satisfaction drives you to go above and beyond to ensure clients are happy and engaged with the services provided. You are detail-oriented and possess excellent communication skills, allowing you to effectively convey customer feedback and advocate for their needs within the organization. You are a proactive problem solver, capable of addressing issues swiftly and efficiently to maintain customer trust and satisfaction.
Experience working with mobile network operators or in a similar technical environment would be a significant advantage. Familiarity with broadband technologies and the ability to understand complex technical solutions will help you excel in this role. You are comfortable navigating the challenges that come with managing enterprise accounts and are eager to learn and adapt to new processes and technologies.
As the Starlink Enterprise Account Manager for Cellular Backhaul, you will serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of enterprise customers. Your responsibilities will include managing the onboarding process, ensuring that all contract terms are fulfilled, and maintaining long-term relationships with clients. You will closely support and manage cellular backhaul customers, working to define and standardize processes that enable custom solutions to scale across the business. Your role will involve delivering exceptional customer service, including the efficient acknowledgment and resolution of issues that may arise. You will build strong relationships with customers to identify their requirements and manage their expectations effectively. Additionally, you will collect and communicate customer feedback internally to help improve services and processes.
