Who you are

You have a proven track record in sales, ideally with 3-5 years of experience in a corporate sales environment — you've successfully engaged with medium to large businesses and understand their unique challenges. You are skilled in using proactive and inbound selling strategies to find and close new business, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention. Your knowledge of digital transformation and change management allows you to act as a trusted advisor to your clients, guiding them through their journey with HubSpot's platform.

You possess excellent communication skills — you can articulate complex concepts clearly and effectively to a variety of stakeholders. You thrive in a collaborative environment, working closely with marketing, sales, and customer service teams to optimize the customer experience. You are data-driven, using analytics to inform your sales strategies and improve customer engagement.

You are adaptable and open to feedback, continuously seeking to improve your skills and knowledge in the sales domain. You understand the importance of building long-term relationships with clients and are committed to helping them achieve their business goals. You are comfortable working in a hybrid environment, balancing remote work with in-office collaboration as needed.

Desirable

Experience with HubSpot's suite of tools is a plus, as it will enable you to provide better support to your clients. Familiarity with CRM systems and sales automation tools will also enhance your effectiveness in this role.

What you'll do

As a Corporate Account Executive at HubSpot, you will engage directly with medium to corporate-sized businesses, helping them to grow by leveraging HubSpot's platform. You will be responsible for running the sales process end-to-end, from prospecting to closing deals. Your role will involve identifying potential clients, understanding their needs, and presenting tailored solutions that align with their business objectives.

You will utilize both proactive and inbound selling strategies to find and close new business opportunities.
