What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for growing a book of business by helping small businesses succeed. You will develop a consultative sales approach to build long-term client relationships, ensuring that you understand their needs and how Hibu can meet them. You will engage with clients to provide tailored solutions that drive their success in the digital marketing landscape.

You will work closely with your local team, celebrating wins and collaborating to achieve common goals. Your role will involve reaching out to potential clients, conducting needs assessments, and presenting Hibu's services effectively. You will also be responsible for managing your sales pipeline and ensuring that you meet your targets.

What we offer

Hibu provides a comprehensive benefits package, including health, vision, and dental coverage. The company offers a base salary, expense allowance, and mileage reimbursement, along with uncapped earnings through commission and bonuses. Year 1 total on-target earnings are around $100,000, with the potential to earn more through uncapped commissions and monthly bonuses. Year 2 total on-target earnings range from $112,000 to $132,000, reflecting your growth and success in the role.
