What you'll do

In this role, you will lead the end-to-end design processes for new and existing products, from discovery and research through prototyping, user testing, and final delivery. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Product, Engineering, Data Science, and Customer Success, to define product requirements and translate them into elegant, user-centered solutions. Conducting user research and usability testing will be a key part of your responsibilities, allowing you to gather insights and validate your design decisions. You will create wireframes, user flows, and prototypes that effectively communicate your design ideas. Additionally, you will mentor junior designers, helping them grow in their roles and ensuring the overall quality of design output within the team.
