What you'll do

In your role as a Payroll Specialist, you will manage the onboarding and offboarding processes within the payroll system, ensuring that all employee information is accurately entered and maintained. You will support year-end adjustment tasks and communicate effectively with employees regarding their payroll inquiries. You will collaborate with payroll vendors to confirm workflows and assist in tracking and reminding employees about necessary submissions. You will also provide guidance on tax-related matters, including income tax and social insurance, ensuring that employees receive the support they need. Additionally, you will assist in audit responses and compliance adherence by preparing necessary documentation and improving internal control processes.
