What you'll do

As the Engineering Project Manager at Formlabs, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our prototyping and development processes are efficient and effective. You will work closely with the mechanical engineering team to bring prototypes to life, overseeing the entire process from concept to execution. Your responsibilities will include managing project timelines, coordinating with various engineering teams, and ensuring that all prototypes are maintained and utilized effectively. You will also be responsible for tracking project progress and communicating updates to stakeholders. Your role will involve supporting the complexities of hardware development, including managing BOMs and product configurations. You will foster a collaborative environment, encouraging team members to share ideas and work together towards common goals. You will also be involved in iterating on existing products and developing new prototypes, contributing to the innovative spirit of Formlabs.

What we offer

At Formlabs, we offer a competitive salary range of $75,000 to $110,000 USD, along with equity in the form of RSUs. Our total compensation package is designed to reward your skills, qualifications, and impact on the organization.
