Desirable

Experience with generative AI technologies and their applications in educational contexts would be a significant advantage. What you'll do

As a Senior Software Engineer on the Education AI Team, you will be responsible for building new features for the MongoDB Assistant, which supports natural language Q&A across various MongoDB products. You will orchestrate the integration of the Assistant into these products, ensuring a smooth user experience. Your role will involve creating and maintaining robust evaluation suites for key MongoDB topic areas, analyzing user behavior and model performance to identify knowledge gaps. You will collaborate closely with other engineers and stakeholders to enhance the functionality and accuracy of the AI systems.
