Cribl is seeking a Senior Manager of Security & Compliance to lead the strategy and development of their global security detection and response capabilities. This role requires expertise in architecting scalable detection logic and a deep understanding of adversary tactics. You'll work in a remote-first environment focused on empowering employees.
You have over 5 years of experience in security and compliance, with a proven track record of leading teams in high-growth environments. Your expertise includes developing security strategies and optimizing detection capabilities across various infrastructures. You understand the importance of collaboration and have successfully fostered partnerships between compliance, product security, engineering, and IT teams. You are passionate about building a culture of security awareness and compliance within the organization. You possess a deep understanding of adversary tactics, techniques, and procedures (TTPs), which allows you to proactively identify and mitigate threats. You are a strong communicator, able to articulate complex security concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Experience with detection-as-code programs and familiarity with cloud-based security solutions are highly desirable. You have a background in working with compliance frameworks and regulations, ensuring that security measures align with industry standards. You are comfortable navigating the challenges of a fast-paced environment and are eager to contribute to the growth of the security team.
In this role, you will define the vision and strategy for the security detection program, ensuring it aligns with the company's overall objectives. You will lead the development of scalable detection logic that can effectively identify and disrupt sophisticated threats. Your responsibilities will include architecting security solutions that integrate seamlessly with both cloud-based and corporate infrastructures.
