What you'll do

As a Senior Full Stack Engineer at Flex, you will play a pivotal role in developing and scaling our platform and app experiences. Your primary focus will be on creating exceptional user and partner experiences that drive engagement and retention. You will partner closely with product managers, designers, and data scientists to identify and solve critical user onboarding challenges.

You will design, develop, test, and deploy robust APIs, services, and data pipelines that enhance user onboarding and overall platform experience. Your work will involve implementing changes through an agile methodology, prioritizing rapid iteration and continuous improvement. You will utilize data and analytics to measure the impact of your work and identify opportunities for further enhancement.

Collaboration is key in this role, as you will work alongside a dynamic team to unlock our next phase of growth. You will be instrumental in shaping the future of rent payments, ensuring that our users have the flexibility they need to manage their most significant recurring expense.
