Who you are

You have a minimum of 3 years of professional automotive painting experience, demonstrating your ability to match and mix paint colors effectively. You are skilled in using water-based paint and are familiar with the tools and techniques required for high-quality automotive painting. You understand the importance of delivering exceptional results and are committed to maintaining high standards in your work. What you'll do

As a Mid-Level Auto Painter at Carvana, you will be responsible for painting vehicles inside our state-of-the-art paint booths. Your role will involve matching and mixing paint colors to ensure a perfect finish on every vehicle. You will work closely with other team members to meet production goals and maintain the quality of our services. You will also be expected to adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized workspace. In addition, you may be required to work mandatory overtime based on business needs to ensure timely delivery of vehicles to our customers.
