Navan is seeking a Senior Sales Compensation Analyst to join their Global Sales Compensation team. You'll manage commission plans and utilize the ICM tool for accurate compensation calculations. This role requires strong analytical skills and experience with compensation frameworks.

Job Description

Who you are

You have 5+ years of experience in sales compensation analysis, demonstrating a strong understanding of commission plans and compensation frameworks. Your analytical skills allow you to calculate and track advanced metrics that evaluate the impact of compensation programs on business objectives. You are proficient in using Incentive Compensation Management (ICM) tools, ensuring timely and accurate plan deployment and monthly payouts. You excel in collaborating with cross-functional teams, including Revenue Operations, Finance, and Human Resources, to resolve commission inquiries and support business partners effectively. You are detail-oriented and ensure that all compensation processes adhere to SOX and governance standards. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are comfortable generating ad-hoc reports and participating in special projects as needed.

Desirable

Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM tools is a plus, as it enhances your ability to manage and analyze sales data effectively. Familiarity with financial reporting and month-end close processes will further strengthen your candidacy. You are a trusted advisor to team members and external partners, providing insights and support to drive successful compensation strategies.

What you'll do

In this role, you will administer compensation plans and commission calculations within the ICM tool, ensuring that all processes are executed accurately and on time. You will produce accrual narratives and support the month-end close process, contributing to the overall financial health of the organization. Your responsibilities will include developing proficiency with the ICM tool, running pipelines, configuring updates, and generating reports that inform decision-making. You will take ownership of commission inquiries, driving resolution and providing support to business partners to ensure clarity and satisfaction. You will also calculate, track, and refine advanced metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of compensation programs, developing dashboards for regular reporting to stakeholders. Your role will involve generating ad-hoc reports and participating in various projects that align with the company's strategic goals.

Navan offers a competitive salary range of $92,000 to $145,000 USD, reflecting the importance of this role within our organization.
